Terms and Conditions for Mini Moony's Pamper Parties
1. Overview
1.1 By booking a children's pamper party with Mini Moony's Pamper Parties, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.
1.2 We do not provide professional salon treatments. Instead, participants engage in a fun, role-playing activity where they create and apply their own treatments. As such, our staff are not licensed professionals, though they are all DBS checked.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to confirm your girls' pamper party booking.
2.2 The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 10 days before the scheduled party date.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Mini Moony's Pamper Parties will provide a refund only if we are unable to deliver the service on the party date due to our own fault.
4. Party Packages and Services
4.1 Mini Moony's offers various party packages, each with specific inclusions. Please refer to our website for detailed descriptions of each package.
4.2 We strive to provide the services as described, but we reserve the right to make minor adjustments due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Parent Consent Form
5.1 Our “Parent Consent Form” will be issued via email. The form needs to be printed and distributed to each parent/carer for them to sign and give permission for their child/children to take part in the party.
5.2 There must be one form per child, signed by the parent, stating the parent's name, child's name, and the date.
5.3 Parent permission forms are required for each child; this gives the opportunity to advise of allergies or treatments that the child/children are not allowed for any reason.
5.4 If a child/children do not have a signed permission form at the start of the party, they will not be able to take part.
5.5 We will not give any refund for children not taking part on the day of the party due to the absence of a signed permission form.
6. Health and Safety
6.1 It is the responsibility of the party host to inform Mini Moony's of any allergies or medical conditions of the participants at the time of booking.
6.2 Our team follows strict hygiene protocols to ensure the safety of all guests.
6.3 A maximum of two parents or guardians must supervise children at all times throughout the party.
7. Liability
7.1 Mini Moony's Pamper Parties is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during the party.
7.2 We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property during the event.
7.3 We have comprehensive public liability insurance to cover any accidents, should they occur.
8. Photography and Media
8.1 We may take photographs and videos during the parties for promotional purposes. By booking our services, you consent to the use of these images on our website and social media platforms.
8.2 To respect your privacy, if you do not wish for your child's image to be used, please inform us in writing before the party. We will ensure that your child's face is blocked or blurred in any photographs or videos used for promotional purposes.
9. Amendments
9.1 Mini Moony's Pamper Parties reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
